Almost daily we are encouraged to ‘fight’ – against cancer, against drugs etc.
As if a war footing were a desirable default setting.

Releasing long-held beliefs and patterns is not easy. Be patient with yourself. There’s no quick fix for persistent pain. Being aware of where you are pushing too hard, and creating more tension in the process, and help you relieve stress.
