Thank you for showing an interest in my free sessions, which take place on the second Wednesday of every month.
The sessions are a chance to take a breath – a literal mid-month break for your body and mind.
Typical sessions include some brief discussion, followed by a guided practice.
It does not matter whether you are an experienced meditator, or an absolute beginner.
You can ask questions – but you don’t have to. It’s OK to come along and listen and enjoy.
