Learning Mindfulness

Mindfulness for you – initial consultation to discuss what help you want, your experience, your health, and work out the best way forward.

Formal mindfulness training – an eight-week course, which contains a mix of formal and informal tools and techniques, designed to help you gain awareness, and be more ‘present’ in your daily lives. Taught either individually or to small groups (max 10). One session a week, 45 minutes to one-hour. Each session will be a mix of discussion, exercises, and guided meditation. Pre-reading/home practice support materials, and personal recordings of meditation guidance included.

One to one sessions – using the framework of the formal course but content tailored to the needs of an individual. Using mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Workplace wellbeing – introductory talks and presentations on mindfulness, available to corporates and organisations.

Monthly group practice – regular guided meditation and teaching, conducted online. See @mindinsightonline for the latest event information.
