After following a 6-week course with Alison, to see if it might help me cope with the pain arising from chemotherapy following treatment for cancer, I am able to say that my mindset has substantially improved.
I am now more able to accept my situation using mindfulness techniques and applying them in my daily life. My mindset of despondency is gradually improving which hopefully will improve matters further going forward.

Following an on-line course with Alison, I am feeling amazing benefits regarding my ability to control and work with the pain of Rheumatoid Arthritis. I had been taking maximum doses of all prescribed painkillers but still struggled. As a beginner to mindfulness, I found that training in person with Alison gave me a hands-on learning experience. Alison was able to simplify the principles and practices of mindfulness in a way that was easy to understand and apply in day-to-day life.

I had a deeper learning experience training with Alison compared to learning online or using books, videos, or apps. I have used the digital formats to reinforce what I have learnt in the course.
